Your profile is your own login account. It is separate from Workspace Settings, which covers the business as a whole — see Business details. Every user who logs in has a profile, whatever their role.

What you can change

The Edit profile page holds five things:
  • Your name and email — the name teammates see and the address you sign in with.
  • My Preferences — your language, your timezone, your time format (12 or 24 hour) and the first day of your week (Sunday or Monday).
  • Two-factor authentication — a second step at sign-in.
  • Password.
  • Delete account.
Your timezone is a personal preference — it does not change what anyone else sees, so two teammates in different countries each set their own. The business-level timezone that controls how times appear on your public booking page is separate, under Appointments → Settings.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication lives on your profile, not on the workspace Security page — that page only handles deleting the workspace. It is available by default, and each user turns it on for themselves. See Security.

What is not on your profile

Notification settings are workspace-wide and set by an admin. There is no per-user notification preference — everyone in the workspace shares the same rules for which events send a message and which raise an in-app alert. See Notification settings.

Delete account

Delete account permanently removes your login and every workspace you own, including all of that workspace’s data. It is a different action from Delete workspace on the workspace Security page (which is owner-only and removes a single workspace), but it is not the smaller one.
